Met an old lady friend that took me down memory lane. She and another brother from bible study were key in keeping me breathing after my ex gf/fiance left many year/moon ago. When the perfect life dream bubble bursts and we have to get busy living or get busy dying. Odd that pain was harder than cancer....
During Chemo and radiation a friend had a bad day, I offered to trade lives with her and she said: "Justin I wouldn't wish your life on my worst enemy"
Anywho ....
Interesting road... loose the girl, then I run away, too, (run to something) i.e. a job in China.... spend a few years in china and Africa... slowly build international business and now we're days away from finally hitting home with some contracts.
After all this blood sweat and tears while trying to avoid black market business and mafia biz... I must thank God for his kannon of integrity and virtues. Now my firm is a power house of power and influence for developing countries. I'll do Paul one better instead of giving a man a cloak i'll give him work so he can buy his whole family cloaks and go home holding his head high and thankful. I am thankful i didn't have a lady to care for while I was starving in Africa or barely paying rent in china working for a low income school. If God ever gets his act in gear and his promised bride belatedly shows up we can move forward breathing little easier. At least nobody reads this so my agents in different countries don't see weakness :)
The next stage odd though it be i call "King Thrushbeard".... came home last year to help family in this small town no one sees me as the world business mogul just little old Justin living with his sick mom helping her out and working at the local ski resort. Like Paul said learn to be content in plenty or lack. Amazing how people in service industry are invisible.
Well speaking of work i gotta get to a conference call with Taiwan Governor. Seems their refinery exploded and he needs fuels from my Russia suppliers. Have a good day.
May you find lifes joys in the little miracles even if you don't have your life's desire ... keep swimming. God's Joy is true strength touches us in life's hardest times.
